Products and prices
We try to keep all product descriptions, images, prices and specifications accurate. Small differences may occur, and availability can change without notice.
Refurbished or previously used products will be clearly identified.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Orders
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Your order is accepted when it is processed and dispatched.
We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment fails, the information is incorrect or we cannot complete the delivery. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout or in your confirmation email.
We will always aim to deliver on time. If there is a delay, contact us at info@ezztech.co.uk and we will look into it.
Returns and refunds
You can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.
Products should be returned in their original condition with all accessories included. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return delivery is your responsibility.
Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Faulty products
If something arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate. Your UK consumer rights are not affected.
Website use
Please use our website lawfully. EzzTech content, images and branding must not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Privacy
We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
